LABEL DESCRIPTION:   Blue and white label with BLUE NOTE RECORDS INC-47 WEST 63rd-NYC, RVG STEREO stamped and "EAR" etched in the dead wax, "R" on the bottom and deep groove. Both labels are identical.


GRADE & DESCRIPTION (COVER): M-     Flawless Liberty cover, signed on the back in blue pen by Horace Silver.

GRADE & DESCRIPTION (RECORD): M-   Superb, seldom if ever played.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:      The signature was obtained by Raffe Simonian, noted Chicago record collector, dealer and autograph seeker. We'll be featuring many of the rare signed Jazz classics from Raffe's collection.
