LABEL DESCRIPTION:   Blue and white label with BLUE NOTE RECORDS-47 WEST 63rd-NYC address on both sides, no "R" on the bottom, RVG stamp and "ear" etched in the dead wax. Deep groove on side 2.

GRADE & DESCRIPTION (COVER): M-     Beautiful cover with nice seams and corners, good color and excellent condition in every way. Signed on the back in blue pen by Horace Silver.

GRADE & DESCRIPTION (RECORD): M-    Superb, seldom if ever played.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:    Beautiful copy. The signature was obtained by Raffe Simonian, noted Chicago record collector, dealer and autograph seeker. We'll be featuring many of the rare signed Jazz classics from Raffe's collection over the next year or so.
