Description
Howlin' Wolf at his nitty gritty best. You'll Be Mine a fast dancing rhythm hard blues tune that Chess Records house song writter Willie Dixon wrote just for Howlin' Wolf. The B tune Going Down Slow is as tough as it gets. The Wolf does not hold back on full frontal guitar and his signature voice. This EP is exactly how Chess Records, know for their high quality sound meant their music to be heard. These Chess singles are rare and highly sought after by Blues enthusiast. The sound is clearly better than repressings that appeared years later on LP's, most who did not have complete access to the master tapes.
