Cover - the word “Evil” is written on the front, top seam is split, discoloration on back with an “X” written in front of 5 songs.


Vinyl - have never graded before but would have to give this a G-. Background noise/static present on every song but not overbearing. There is one skip at the beginning of the last song, “All Night Boogie” on Side 1. All other songs play through without skipping.
