Mega Rare LP of Howlin' Wolf - Moanin' in the Moonlight (Chess 1434 - Mono)  Original 1950s black label edition with deep groove rings and "Sheldon" stamp on both sides - NOT a current re-issue!   Arguably Wolf's best LP is a true blues classic that no serious collector can be without. 

The LP is in strong VG+ condition with some light marks that will make a bit of noise (specifically on the last track of side two) and with most if not all of the original shine - not quite for the audiophile, but still in remarkably clean condition for an almost sixty year old blues LP - still, you will hear a bit of noise - specifically on the last track of side two.  The cover is in VG+ with minimal age/shelf wear, but with clear tape (old) on the top and bottom seams.  The tape appears to be for protection, not repair as the seams appear to still be intact under the tape.  NO writing, NO stamps, NO stickers.  Not quite perfect, but if you can find a better original copy, just buy it!
