Description

About This Record.  This is a RARE original stereo pressing of Howlin' Wolf's Moanin' in the Moonlight LP, original USA Stereo copy with stereo sticker on mono cover, Chess LPS-1434.  Tough one, and close to keeper vinyl for most folks. But the cover is not in great shape! I am also including a photocopy (not the original) of an original Press Kit photo from Chess Records of which only a few are known to exist.

Vinyl Condition.  Side One is bright and Shiny VG+ because it has a few short light stylus marks that make only a few pops.  Other side looks EX+/better. 

Cover Condition.  Good.  The cover is not in great condition; the top and bottom seams are torn, but the spine is intact.  Corner wear. light cover wear, but front and back covers present well.  This comes with a black & white photocopy of a very very rare B&W Chess Records Press Kit photo of Howlin' of which only two originals are known to exist.

Innsersleeve.  This comes cleaned on my VPI innersleeve in a rice paper sleeve,

Labels.  EX+ to Near Mint minus; just a trace of spindle marks.

About Me.  I have been a Record Collector for over 35 years.  I bought this many years ago during my travels and have kept it well-preserved.  This comes cleaned on my VPI record cleaning machine.
