I Kings - I Kings LP (Durium ms pr 77124)

L'unico, megararo, originale LP omonimo della beat band veronese! Nella
sua prima stampa italiana, pubblicata solo come promozionale, è uno dei
dischi più rari in assoluto del "beat italiano"...! (copie mint girano
anche per 3-400 euro) Ed uno dei migliori in assoluto.
Purtroppo questa copia è rovinata sia nella copertina che nel vinile,
può essere considerata poco più che un "filler"...
La copertina, condizioni G+ non presenta strappi e pezzi mancanti, ma è
abbastanza sgualcita e rovinata nella sua laminatura. Il vinile,
condizioni G, è stato molto ascoltato e maltrattato negli anni...Salta
sul primo e sul quarto brano della seconda facciata (ma non su tutti i
giradischi, a quanto ho potuto constatare...), ha numerosi segni
visibili sulla superficie incisa, per quanto mantiene ancora la sua
splendida dinamica e non suona con eccessivo fruscio o enormi fastidi
(fatta eccezione per i "salti"...). Comunque, considerando la sua
estrema rarità...

This is a 1966 release on Durium records by I KINGS. Known as The KINGS
OF ITALIAN BEAT. Their greatest song, the crunching, very Kinks-like
"Trovane un altro" is rightly recognized by many as one of the best
examples of Eurobeat. Also on the great garage compilation "Transworld
Punk". Tracks include BAMBINO NON SONO IO (IT AIN'T ME BABE),TROVANE UN
ALTRO, LA RISPOSTA (BLOWIN IN THE WIND) and 9 others.
The record is in not-so-good conditions...The sleeve is G+ (no tears or
serious problems but alot of wear and general crease defects from the
time...) and the vinyl is G (very abused record, with two little skips
on the first and on the fourth track of the second side, many signs and
scratches but it still sounds without sound distortions, except the two
skips...) Anyway, this can be your filler, if you think that a MINT copy
goes for 300-400 euro...
