Description

I Word and The Sound of Creation "Spread the Word" (Healing Voice)
Supernice original pressing of this almost impossible to find private press 1982 Reggae rarity with an all-star line-up featuring the Wailers, Cedric Brooks, Mighty Diamonds and many more! This LP was allegedly green-lighted by Bob Marley for release on Tuff Gong. Upon Bob's untimely departure, I Word pressed a small amount of the LPs which were used to help w/ booking and never sold in retail.

Condition: Cover: strong VG, general wear, no splits, written dedication possibly from I Word | Vinyl: side A; strong VG, Side B: VG+, plays beautifully; There's a feelable but inaudible 2.5 inch scratch in Track 1 on Side A. The clip below plays thru the scratch in it's entirety.
