Description

ARTIST:      ICEHOUSE -
TITLE:          "MAN OF COLOURS"

FORMAT:     …vinyl LP…
LABEL:        REGULAR  .
CAT. #:         RML-53239  .
DATE OF RELEASE:   1987 .
PRESSED IN:    AUSTRALIA .
ORIGINAL FIRST PRESSING?   In a way, yes...Regular pressed up limted editions of this LP, for release, in either red, blue, or yellow vinyl...BUT...as they were doing that, they had 20 or 30 copies (the Regular label director couldn't remember which, when I asked him recently) hand-pressed with one-third of the vinyl on each of those 3 colours...and these were sent out to record stores to pin up on their walls, prior to release, in order to engender pre-sales (it did look pretty special, after all)...most were taken around by Festival reps in plain white sleeves and displayed in said staores...I've seen 3 of these ever...two were quite a long time ago, and one was in a plain white sleeve, and the other in the normal pic cover...this one is in a plain white sleeve.
