IDLE RACE

(U.K. Pressing, LIBERTY LBS 83221) 1969 STEREO

-with textured sleeve, Blue Liberty labels and 1st pressing matrices.

A wonderful example of the second Idle Race LP (Jeff Lynne's last stand with the group).

COVER – very strong EX. Very minor wear to top and bottom seams. Some light discoloration to spine. Two very small creases (along Jeff Lynne’s arm on the front cover). Textured cover printed and made by MacNeill Press.

VINYL –carefully graded very strong EX - Bright and clean playing surface, virtually as-new. Faint and few superficial marks appear under bright light in the run-off grooves. There are 5 very slight sleeve marks on S2-T2 (as viewed under two 100-watt bulbs), which do not sound or affect play. Vinyl lies completely flat on the turntable, and there is only minor surface noise at the introductions of both sides;no persistent background crackle, clicks, pops, etc. Some would grade NM.

NOTE: It is difficult to consistently package all records to meet Canada Post’s weight requirements, so it must be noted that it may not always be possible to ship LPs for the international rate listed here (especially when many Canadian pressings in gatefold LPs consistently outweigh albums from other countries). U.S. buyers can receive up to three LPs for the price listed above; 2-3 LPs shipped internationally can be sent for $28.65 CAN (Air Mail) or $12.60 CAN (Surface).

PACKAGING –

All records will be carefully packaged with the vinyl removed from sleeve and wrapped in a separate outer bag (in this way, the vinyl will not move inside the package).

PAYMENT –

Payment by PayPal is preferred; please contact me before bidding if you wish to pay in another manner.

Payment must be received within 7 days or an unpaid item strike will be issued in due time. I am a very reasonable person, so please contact me quickly if you are having any difficulties.

SHIPPING – Items will be shipped within a week of payment receipt (usually earlier, but this depends entirely on the swift arrival of PayPal funds to my account). I will always contact the winning buyer once the album has been mailed. Items should arrive within 7 days of mailing.

REFUND – Since most records come from my personal collection, they have all been play graded. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me immediately and we will come to a satisfactory arrangement. Shipping costs, however, are non-refundable, including shipping costs incurred during the refund process.

This seller is not responsible for items damaged or lost in the post (without exception), and no refunds of any kind will be issued in these instances. I do not send out damaged items, so you should not receive damaged items.
