Hello person with excellent taste in music - welcome to my charity auction for this sealed super rare Idles 7"
Below is a message from Lee from Idles, the joint best guitarist in the band and owner of the finest Bon Jovi T-Shirt I've ever seen....
He wants people to help protect the addiction clinic that saved his life (and who are we to argue?). To raise money for this excellent cause and to say thank you to them for saving Lee and thus giving us Idles, I'm auctioning my sealed 7" copy of Divide and Conquer (A song about the loss of health provision, how apt) AND... it gets even better, Lee and the band will sign the record for the winning bidder (unless you are anal and don't want your sealed mint record signed - in which case, we have paper)
Any money made will go straight to the appeal. Please bid generously. Any questions do shout.

Ps. Postage if you just want the record sent straight away will take a couple of days, if you want it signed it will take all the band being in one place to sign it before you get it - so if in doubt ask before bidding.

After struggling with addiction for almost half of my life i went in and out of various rehabilitation centres until I ended up at Chandos. Their approach to tackling addiction in the real world resonated with me. No clinical white walls but a homely place that myself and other residents spent three months talking to each other openly about our feelings, to be vulnerable, to accept help from one another and to re-evaluate what is meant of being a ‘man’. I learned how to love myself again, and to accept love from others. I learned I could be creative without substances and most importantly I learned how to accept and live with my demons.
I have been clean and sober for over six years now and I will forever be indebted to Chandos for the love and support it showed me.
I would like to encourage people to donate whatever they can to help save Chandos so that they can continue to allow addicts the compassion and support to rebuild their lives, thank you,
