This as you can see is the unblelievably rare U.K. original release of THE STOOGES by THE STOOGES on Elektra records .
This is one of the rarest Stooges records on the planet .A friend of mine worked in a busy record shop in the 60s and said he remembers this vividly as being the worst selling record they had ever known. His store right in the centre of Manchester never sold a single copy. Ive been collecting records for 28 years and only seen 4 of these and this one has to be the best.
No unwanted handwriting no tares ,the sleeve is really clean front and back with minimal wringwear. The spine and writings are all legible and intackt.
There are a handfull of hairlines on the vinyl but you cant hear them while the record is playing and it plays as near to mint as ive ever came across ,totally superb .
This original still has the original inner sleeve . So overall I would grade the LP as mint minus .
One of the best LPs ever made by four of the baddest boys in music .
Look at those miserable faces these boys were full of hate and that certainly comes across through the music and the images on the front and back of this brilliant LP .
A true rock classic and a real rock rarety that nobody in England bought on its 1969 release (if someone tells you they did call em a liar ) . Now , its a rock classic , prooving this band to be years ahead of their time and that takes genious !

Im not prepared to send this valuable LP by Surface or any other cheapo option .If it were to get lost ,im in the Brad Pitt !
So no thanks ,it will be packed properly in a purpose built record box with stiffners for protection .
If you wanna save a couple of quid on P+P id rather you wait for another to come along .
