Ike Quebec "Soul Samba"
with Willie Bobo, Kenny Burrell, Wendell Marshall, Garvin Masseaux
released 1962 // 1st pressing // not a reissue
This LP was Quebec's final recording before his death in January 1963


Blue Note Records // BST - 84114 stereo blue & white label reads: "New York, USA"  "Van Gelder" imprinted in the deadwax label is NOT deep groove // "ear" inside deadwax laminated cover vinyl is in original Blue Note inner sleeve

 3 inch split in the middle on top seam // light front & back cover wear

yellowing/staining on back cover, especially along the edges //  fading on back cover

no scratches or marks: however, several light scuffs & hairlines on vinyl, especially Side# 2

visually the record grades 8.3  on a 10 point scale

several spindle marks on labels

vinyl plays wells -- may hear occasional background noise in quiet spots
