In Trance 95 are an electronic band from Athens,Greece. They were formed by Alex Machairas and Nik Veliotis in May 1988. From their early days they shaped their sound using small analogue synthesizers and drum machines, becoming one of the first artists of the minimal synth - cold wave and later electronic body music that came from Greece in the 80's. Their most well known moment is their debut 7inch,the double A Sided "Desire To Desire / Brazilia" that was released in December 1988. Their debut LP "Code of Obsession" as well as the singles "21st CET" and "Warm Nights Driving On Wet Streets" have also remained as cult favourites within Europe. In 1992 Nik

The sleeve shows very light creasing and minor ring wear on back side while the vinyl got only a few light paper scuffs and some thin line scratches per side. Not any hard feelable scratch. Vinyl Looks and Sounds great!
Very rare computer POP LP from Greece comes with BRIGITTE BARDOT on the sleeve and on the bewautiful Lyrics Insert. Depeche mode like sounding LP . Very limited pressing. Rare original greek issue in excellent condition.

No would be the impulsive answer as few years later there was what became a movement that many names came out from like Stereo Nova,Mikro,Electroware etc. But there was a few exceptions. One of the brightest,In Trance 95 who already had two singles out on Wipe Out on 88 and 89 respectively. At 1990 they released on the same label their debut,an album based purely by the use of electronics. So much they were a band of their time that the openner "Obsession Day" is a fine example of new beat same time it was happening in central Europe and Ibiza. Followed by "Now and Then" that owes more to Depeche Mode or the first golden years of OMD and it's a beautiful electropop hit if it was ever a single with sentimentally vague lyrics "I left the room and walked away from that door/Now I'm gone and I've no particular place to go..". Gives its place to slow haunting instrumental "Lacerta" that together with the closing track of A side "Giudicio Finale" create a captivating atmosphere not far from what we heard from Coil. Between them exists the agressive electro "Shamandance" ,closer to the electro-industrial moments of SPK.
