Description
On offer the 2nd album release from the INCREDIBLE STRING BAND entitled "The 5000 Spirits or The Layers Of The Onion" which is in fantastic condition. This original second stereo pressing was released during 1968 on the red ELEKTRA Records label EKS 7257 with the matrix A-2/B-2.
CONDITION: The vinyl has that as new deep gloss finish, there are a small number of surface marks, just one of these creates a little sound distortion on the closing few seconds of the final track to side one. Apart from this the record plays 100% perfectly throughout with a stunning clean fresh audio quality. The fully laminated sleeve is very nearly mint, there simply exists only a tiny amount of wear to the opening side edge.
I have graded the vinyl and the sleeve with an overall EXCELLENT rating, I use the Record Collectors grading system.
