The sole album of this Coventry group delivers some of the best progressive rock of that time with vocals by Bob Jackson and excellent, subtle guitar work by Colin Williams. Some fine use of the hammond organ and mellotron with a touch of blues added.  Released shortly before that other highly-prized 1971 RCA Neon album - Spring , it has similar musical characteristics.

Group line-up......Bob Jackson, Colin Williams, Paul Hooper, Malcolm Harker. 

Group formed 1969 disbanded 1972 . Bob Jackson went to to play with John Entwistle, Ross and Badfinger amongst others.

VINYL... visually the playing surfaces appear shiney and in excellent condition, no visibly significant scratches or marks. It plays around VG/VG- with variable light-moderate surface crackle most evident in the quieter passages. No loud clicks, no skips, no groovewear, no distortion. Audio playback may benefit slightly from a deep groove clean. Labels are clean and undamaged.

COVER ...the E J Day non-laminated original gatefold cover is in VG- condition with some edge wear. There is one patch of print lift on the outer boards (see pics) where it  stuck to another LP long ago. Could be tidied up a little. A few very small spots of print lift inside and a few light marks but generally OK.  No splits or repairs to the cover. Original black poly-lined inner sleeve is EX. 

Comes in a protective polythene cover.

Mint copies available on eBay for £200+ ... this used copy is a whole lot less !

Record Gradings

MINT = VINYL should be unplayed, undamaged, possibly still sealed in shrinkwrap. Should play without fault.   PAPER INSERTS i.e.  booklet, lyric sheet or poster should be perfect.

EXCELLENT = VINYL has been played but very well cared for, may have some hairlines or feint paper grazes on playing surfaces but none which are significantly audible although perhaps the occasional micro-noise similar to static may be present. COVER may have extremely light general wear or light corner fold but no rips/splits or repairs. INSERTS, BOOKLETS etc should be clean and undamaged.

VERY GOOD = VINYL has been played many times but plays well without major deterioration in sound quality. Playing surfaces may have some marks and very light superficial scratches which will be no more than lightly audible . COVER may have general signs of usage and storage without significant damage e.g. edge splits or worn-through edges. INSERTS,BOOKLETS etc may have light staining and/or the occasional small tear but nothing major. All printed text shoud be legible.

GOOD = VINYL will be heavily played with noticeable surface marks and/or scratches which will be audible, possibly throughout. No skips or jumps despite the prescence of some crackles, clicks and pops. COVER AND INSERTS may have any of the following ; visible creases, edge scuffs, stains, annotations, splits, repairs and discolouration.
