- Overall the record is in clean, previously owned, collectible condition, carefully stored, from a smoke-free environment. In protective mylar bag.
- SIGHT GRADED ONLY!
- Record - VERY GOOD: Record looks very good. VERY few light scratches and/or minor surface scuffing. Label has minor wear.
- Sleeve - VERY GOOD: Sleeve has light scuffing. Shows some ring wear. Has small seam splits, no tape. Edges are slightly ragged. Corners are slightly bent. Lightly soiled on front and back cover.
- Record comes in a paper inner sleeve which may or may not be the original as issued.
- From the estate of magician Bruce Cervon who was a long-time fan and seriously dedicated record collector.
- All records are securely packed in a cardboard box with bubble wrap.
