PLEASE NOTE: I WILL ONLY GRADE AN OPENED LP NEAR MINT (NM) IF I CAN GUARANTEE IT HAS NEVER BEEN PLAYED (i.e. I AM THE ORIGINAL OWNER). OTHERWISE, NEAR MINT MINUS (NM-) IS THE ABSOLUTE HIGHEST GRADE I WILL ASSIGN AN OPENED LP.
CRAZY RARE VJLP 1062 pressing from 1964? in glorious mono on Vee Jay's rainbow/colorband label with the logo at the top inside a red oval on BOTH sides, URJ dead wax etchings, 2-6-64 dead wax etchings, AudioMatrix stamps in the dead wax, A1 etched in the dead wax on both sides, a comma present on Please, Please Me on the rear cover and the text on both sides of the center hole on the labels in all caps!!! Release year is unclear as there isn't a single entry for this pressing anywhere in the massive, all-knowing Discogs database whatsoever. I have had well over 100 copies of this LP pass through my hands in my 45 years of collecting and selling and I have never seen this variant before. THAT'S how you know it's rare. LP is VG- with a small scuff on Misery that can be felt and cover is VG/VG- with a small 1" split at the opening on the bottom and a few small peel spots in the bottom left hand corner on the front only. Don't sleep Fab collectors. If you've never seen it before you won't see it again.
I USE GOLDMINE GRADING~ MINT (SEALED) NEAR MINT: LOOKS UNPLAYED VG++: VERY VERY MINIMAL SIGNS OF US VG+: AVERAGE SIGNS OF USE, NOTHING DEEP, SUPERFICIAL VG: STILL AN OK RECORD, NOISE BETWEEN SONGS GOOD: WORN BUT PLAYS FINE WITH DISTRACTING NOISE POOR: FILLER COPY ONLY. LOTS OF SCRATCHES
