Description

This is Kenny Burrell's first record session as a leader.  Recorded on the Blue Note label in High Fidelity, this album plays like it just came from the factory (yes, I'm playing it as I write.  Sorry, I couldn't resist!).  There are no scratches, smudges, stains, etc... on this album and it plays without hisses or pops.  It's as flat and glossy as the day it was made.  It has RVG, Wb, and BN-LP-1523-A (B for the 2nd side) inscribed on the runout groove area.  The 'ear' on this record looks like it's doubled.

The record label has the 767 Lexington Ave., New York 21 on it for the address of Blue Note and it matches the record label. 

Personnel:  Kenny Burrell, guitar; Tommy Flanagan, piano; Paul Chambers, bass; Kenny Clarke, drums; Candido, conga drum.
