INTRODUCING THE BEATLES
1963 ORIGINAL VERSION II SET W/HAND ETCHED MATRICES & BRACKET LABELS
VJLP-1062 ~ VEE JAY RECORDS ~ MONO
I know that the common pressing information places this as a 1964 pressing but the truth is that the early pressings (of the 30 or so legitimate versions) were released in 1963. This set has the rarer VJ 1062 (2).MCIB Mono Version II with the Please, Please Me title carrying the comma. Also here is the Version II disc VJ 1062 (2).MR2D(i) Label set which features the titles justified to the Left and has the one word description of "LONGPLAYING" under the record prefix and number, this is the rarer version of this label set and carries a higher value. The dead wax is hand etched with ARC indicating this is a pressing from the Allentown Record Company of Allentown, Pennsylvania.
Please see my many great listings this week!!

VINYL is VISUALLY GRADED as EXCELLENT PLUS and PLAY GRADED as NEAR MINT MINUS No scratches or scuffs - a few very slight hairlines which do not create any repeating tics, clicks, jumps or skips. The LP plays beautifully with only superficial light static variety crackle and few sporadic, random tics.
LABELS are GRADED as MINT MINUS No spindle marking and no writing, near perfect.
JACKET is VISUALLY GRADED as EXCELLENT PLUS No seam splits, No ring wear, square corners and a fully legible title seam and no writing or damage, clean and sturdy with only the lightest of top seam/bottom seam scuffing and a very little amount of scuffing within the black stripes and lettering on the back. The inner sleeve is in terrific EXCELLENT PLUS condition with no tears or repairs.
