Introducing The Beatles by Vee-Jay Records (VJLP1062). The back cover includes songs: Ask Me Why on side 1, and Please Please Me on side 2. It was explained to us that these two songs were included on this subsequent release of this title, replacing two other songs, because of a lawsuit with Capital Records. Therefore, the back cover has been pasted over with a revised listing of the replacement songs. You can see the edge of the paste over sheet, like the revised cover of the Butcher LP. The original owner printed her name on the upper edge of the back of the cover. A split about two inches long has started on the top edge of the cover but hasn't separated. There is a white scuff on the front bottom edge. What looks like a discolored area on the right side of the picture is actually George Harrison's shadow. This is evidence that this cover is not a reproduction or fake. The vinyl is practically mint with a few rub marks on side 1, but nothing that would affect its playing. A visual examination reveals no problem that would prevent the record from playing as if it were new. The album cover has a musty odor from being stored a long time in an unheated storeroom.
