Of the multitude of label variations that Vee Jay used when they issued this LP, the all black label with small brackets is by far the rarest and easily the toughest to find!  The vinyl is a nice clean VG+ with NM- labels and a solid VG+ cover. 
The cover grade has been marked down because of a date written on the upper left of the back side. There is also just a hint of shelf wear. There is no writing, tape, stickers, tears or other problems aside from what has been mentioned. The seams are intact and the spine is nice and tight. Over all, a very nice cover. 
Enough about the cover... it's the vinyl that's the STAR of this show!
The previous owners must have been really meticulous about handling their cherished Fab Four wax as there are no real problems to speak of. The disc is clean all around with the exception of a minute scuff or two on each side. No skips, sticks or snags. The vinyl still retains almost all of it's original factory shine and luster!  Pressed on thick, heavy vinyl! AUDIOMATRIX is hot stamped into the trail out grooves on both sides of the vinyl. The disc is super clean compared to most copies of this LP.

The labels are graded NM-. Marked down slightly because of a few marks around the spindle holes on both sides. No writing, stickers or any problems whatsoever!
The original white Vee Jay inner sleeve is in VG condition with a few tears at the opening.
I have owned several of these over the years and I can't stress enough just how difficult it is to find these in nice condition! This is the second nicest I have ever seen in my 30+ years collecting rare Beatles vinyl! (the nicest one has been added to my collection. Sorry!)
