Description
Introducing the Beatles...Record that is the most counterfeited record in History I am told. This record was purchased by my Mother in Law new back in the 60's. I have done some research and it appears that this is an original, not a copy or fake. The website that I used to determine this is http://www.eskimo.com/~bpentium/beatles/intro/intro.html
The cover I have is original, it has the George Harrison Shadow and the back has the titles listed as seen in the picture. The overall cover is in very good shape. The cover according to this site is VJ 1062 (2).MC1B.
The disc I have has THE BEATLES and INTRODUCING THE BEATLES above the center hole. It appears to be version VJ 1062 (2).MR2B. The Logo is in brackets, the playlist is left justified.
The Trail Off is less than 1", about 7/8. All signs that this is an original. The disc itself has a few minor scratches. If you have any other questions please feel free to check out that website, it has great info on what to look for and from what I read I believe this to be real, not a fake but I am not a record collector or claim to know anything about records but I truly believe this does not have the trademark fake signs.
