This is a very unusual Beatles LP without a slick on the backside of this cover, and I have never seen anything like it before, and this is as found.

It’s not in perfect shape but what you see here is the current condition. Very odd cover indeed!

First of all, this is as found at a garage sale several years ago, and I just pulled this out of one of my record boxes, and when going through, I saw this and which I have completely forgotten that I had this cover, due from my busy life. This was bought out in the country close to town. I do see water damage along the edge inside and it also does show a sign of warping. At the edge from the opening mouth, there is a seam split about 3 1/2 inches long. It's not a perfect cover. But it is unusual to find something like this and errors do happen at the pressing plant and get released to the public. The Labels are the same way too as well. Lastly, this is for the cover alone, the way it was found. No record. There are very short flaps on both ends inside too as well. They have made three types of LP covers on the foldings. Keep in mind (in case if you are unaware) that the company did have their records all released in the same year of 1964 and had their covers made differently by each different company even know when the LP record itself was pressed in 1963 and many that were leftovers, got put in different covers. It was a very strange process back in 1964 due to popular marketing with the Beatles. It''s the same way with the inner sleeves too as well.
