INTRODUCING...THE BEATLES (Vee-Jay Records VJLP 1062)
I am no expert at grading vinyl record albums, but I will conservatively describe the vinyl record, the cardboard sleeve, and even the inner paper sleeve as being in Excellent (perhaps Near Mint) condition. I have reviewed how other sellers define the grading of their albums (see below):
Near Mint (NM or M-)
A nearly perfect record. The record will show no obvious signs of wear.
Record will play with no significant pops or ticks.
An LP cover should have no creases, folds, seam splits or other noticeable similardefects. No cut-out holes, either. And of course, the same should be true ofany other inserts, such as posters, lyric sleeves and the like.
Excellent
(EX)
A record with very faint signs of wear.
Record will play through with no significant audible defects. The wax will have very light signs of visual wear.Labels may have very minor imperfections that are not obviously noticeable.Covers will have light superficial wear.
By their definition, this album would certainly qualify as Near Mint.
This is from my personal collection, which I have mostly sold off or given away. This album was one of the few I held on to and took great care of because it was THE BEATLES for God's sake!
