Description
PLEASE REVIEW ALL PHOTOS AND READ THE ENTIRE ITEM DESCRIPTION CAREFULLY AS THERE IS A LOT TO DESCRIBE!
PLEASE ASK ANY QUESTION BEFORE BUYING OR MAKING AN OFFER!
THIS IS A SUPER RARE PROMO LP WITH A GOLD PROMO STAMP STATING "LENT FOR PROMOTIONAL USE ONLY" ON THE FRONT COVER. ALSO HAS THE ORIGINAL HYPE STICKER AFFIXED DIRECTLY TO THE FRONT COVER.
PLEASE NOTE: THE VINYL HAS SURFACE MARKS THAT ARE MOSTLY NON-FEELABLE AND DO NOT AFFECT PLAY. THEY LOOK WORSE THAN THEY SOUND. THEY ARE WHAT I LIKE TO CALL "VISUALLY UNAPPEALING". (please see pics) MOST NOTEABLE IS 2 LONG SURFACE MARKS ON SIDE 1.(please see pics)
THE SURFACE MARKS DO NOT CAUSE ANY SKIPS, BUT YOU MAY HEAR SURFACE NOISE TYPICAL WITH A VERY GOOD GRADING.
PLEASE NOTE: THE GATEFOLD COVER HAS CREASES, CRUMPLES, SCRAPES, FADING, RING WEAR, ETC... TYPICAL WITH AGE. (please see pics)
THERE IS A CUT-OUT CLIP IN THE UPPER LEFT CORNER OF THE FRONT COVER THAT GOES THROUGH THE GATEFOLD TO THE REAR COVER. (please see pics)
There is a large sized split seam on 2 sides and the 3rd side is almost completely split from top to bottom. (please see pics)
IF ANY OF THESE ISSUES ARE CONCERN FOR YOU, PLEASE DON'T BUY IT.
Up for sale is one (1) INXS - KICK LP from 1987 on Atlantic Records (#7 81796-1) with THE ORIGINAL HYPE STICKER AFFIXED DIRECTLY ON THE FRONT COVER.
This LP is getting harder to find as vinyl was being phased out in the mid to late 1980s for the CD age.
THIS LP CONTAINS ALL THE BIG HITS!
PLAY TESTED! I recently played this LP and it SOUNDS AWESOME! But you may hear surface noise typical with a Very Good grading. The Vinyl is in Very Good condition with typical wear from age that may cause surface noise typical with a Very Good grading. Yes, even with a Very Good grading there is going to be a certain amount of surface noise. Certainly more noticeable during the quiet parts.
Nice, clean labels with some spindle marks.
The cover is in Very Good condition with typical wear from age, including, but not limited to corner dings / soft corners, ring wear, scrapes, dents, fading, creases and crumples, etc... There are no split seams.
The custom inner lyric sleeve is in Good+ condition with typical wear from age, including, but not limited to corner dings / soft corners, ring wear, scrapes, dents, fading, creases and crumples, etc... There is a large sized split seam on 2 sides and the 3rd side is almost completely split from top to bottom. (please see pics)
I placed the LP in a plain inner sleeve.
I am thinning out my vinyl collection. This is the actual item you will receive. See the photos and judge for yourself.price rating
