Description
You are bidding on a rare copy of Iron Maiden's monster vinyl box set "Best of the Beast". This box set was originally released in 1996, and the vinyl version has long been out of print. The sticker for Eddie's computer game "MELT" is still attached to front surface of box.
From maidenmidi.com: "Since the "Best Of The Beast" vinyl album includes many pictures of the band as Iron maiden chronicled their career with this 4-LP collector's set. This awesome set comes with a large 60 page full colored hardback book filled with many more pictures and information on the band. Each LP is housed in special sleeve inserts which and the LP cover has an extremely glossy cover itself. The entire set of LPs and book are all inserted in a special glossy thick cardboard holder making all this one album that all Iron Maiden fans must have. Since "Best Of The Beast" was a limited production, it is very hard to come across".
Please don't be confused by the auction of this same item that I ran 2 weeks ago. This is the second (and better) of the two copies that I am auctioning.

Outside Cardboard Jacket: EX (the corners are very nice- most of the corners have less wear than the one pictured below.)
Other Contents: NM (Jackets, inner sleeves, and book look very nice! The book contains many spectacular photographs in splendid color.)
Visual Grading NEW NM EX VG+ VG Good Disc Still sealed No scratches or markings whatsoever. Appears unused. A couple slight surface markings, hairline scratches. A few surface marks, hairline scratches. Should retain excellent audio quality. A few surface markings/scratches ranging from small to significant. No major damage. Possible for audio quality to be slightly degraded. Appears to have been used a good amount. Contains quite a few slight/significant markings which will likely degrade audio quality. Jacket Still sealed No wear, folds, bends, discoloration Minor corner and/or edge scuffing. Perhaps slight denting on edges. Has been taken good care of. No writing, tears or other major visual damage. Like EX, but slightly more worn. Has 2 or more of any of these: average shelf wear or normally worn edges, ring wear, slight soiling or stains. No seam splits. No tears. Average wear, but presentable. May have ring wear, a seam split, a tear, writing, tape damage, or other small markings. Obi Still sealed No wear, folds, bends, or discoloration Minor wear, folds, crumpling, or discoloration Like EX, but more worn. No writing, tears. No major damage. Slight tearing or discoloration. Contains a major fold or crease. in addition to average crumpling. Contains at least 2 of the following: writing, major fold/crease, major crumpling, tear, or other marking.
