Description
Please read carefully: These are from my personal collection (see my feedback for proof of quality). I purchased each single (all ten gatefold lps) individually new/sealed. Each comes with a voucher that has the names of the songs on the single and the number of the single (1 to 10). I do NOT have the box and is not included in this auction (only what is pictured). The vouchers were obviously never redeemed.
All twenty lps are in near mint condition. I would say mint (because in my opinion they are), but don't want to be hassled by those who are anal about their grading system. Many of these lps have only been played a few times (on a professional Music Hall turntable and cleaned on a professional cleaning system) and some not at all.
The jackets are in excellent to near mint condition. They are very high gloss with great artwork. Considering the age of these I can honestly say these are in top condition. However they are not perfect. Many of the corners are bumped. There are some seam slips on a few of them (mostly on the top side, some on bottom. The spines are all great without splits (since many of these gatefolds have not been opened, they are in firm/strong condition). There is creasing and small scratches on several. And lastly there are a few places where the glue has weakened inside the gatefold. Many of these "imperfections" can be seen in the photos. Please email me if you need closer photos of jacket and/or lps.
I have always stored these lps upright (standing up) so there is NO warping of lps as happens often with box sets when lps are stored in a box and not upright.
Each double lp will be mailed in the plastic slip covering (see the last photo, the others were only removed to photograph and are always stored in them in a smoke/pet free environment) and then put into an individual cardboard lp mailer. All ten cardboard mailers will be put into a larger, well packed box for additional protection. The weight is HEAVY so shipping will be $30 (NOT $4 as auction indicates) and will include insurance and delivery confirmation (the cost of the materials/mailers alone are $25).
