Iron Maiden – The First Ten Years (1980–1990)
Complete 20 x 12" Vinyl Anthology Box Set
Up for auction is a rare piece of heavy metal history: the comprehensive Iron Maiden "The First Ten Years" box set. This set was released in 1990 and consists of ten individual double 12" releases, totaling 20 vinyl records. This collection was inherited and is being sold as-found.
Item Condition & Grading:
I am not a professional vinyl collector, so I have described the condition as accurately and honestly as possible below. Please refer closely to the photos for a visual representation of the condition.
The Outer Box:
Shows visible signs of shelf wear and age. The top lid is intact but features scuffs on all sides. The bottom section has some slight damage (visible in photos), but the box remains structurally sound and holds the weight of the 20 records securely when closed.
Individual Sleeves:
The artwork on the internal sleeves remains vibrant. Most show light handling wear, including some creases and "corner dings" typical of a set of this age.
The Vinyl:
The records themselves appear to be in Very Good condition visually. They retain a nice luster with no deep scratches or obvious flaws noted. They are currently a little dusty from storage and would benefit from a professional cleaning to play at their best.
Note to Bidders: This set is sold as-is. It is a fantastic opportunity for a collector or fan to own the complete 1990 anthology in one go.
