Description
ISLAND / SUE RECORDS CATALOGUE c DEC 1965 VERY RARE!
Many years ago I was fortunate enough to pick up a small stash of original 1960s record label catalogues that had been obtained directly from the labels at the time, amongst them were a small number of duplicates, I have kept these aside for many years in the hope that I might be able to trade them for different editions I didn’t already have, BUT in over a decade I haven’t found a single example that I don’t have to either purchase or trade for so the time has come to offer them for sale instead. Details of this one as follows;
ISLAND RECORDS CATALOGUE c DEC 1965
Island records WI-001 to WI-255, Sue Records WI-318 to WI-398 (On their own Yellow pages – very cool!), Black Swan WI-401 to WI-471, Jump Up Records JU-501 to JU-529, Aladdin WI-601 to WI-611, E.P. series IEP-701 to IEP-708 and Island LP series ILP-901 to ILP-932 Sue LP series ILP-917 to ILP-927. 28 pages in total.
Condition is very nice, generally crisp and clean as new other than some creasing at the top of the front cover (Visible in the scan). Would grade M-, but due to slight creasing graded EX-, you could wait an age for another one let alone a better one and based on what a similar item in VG+ sold on eBay for in recent times (The first one I have seen on eBay in as long as I can remember) this item needs serious consideration when deciding your bid, miss out and you will probably not get another chance!
I will be pleased to answer any questions you have concerning this item e-mail philetgart@tinyworld.co.uk
