Very nicely presented original pressing of the Dub Version of Israel Vibration's The Same Song LP, released on the Top Ranking label in 1978. Rare and highly sought-after!! The vinyl retains a very good sheen with some very light superficial surface marks, some very light whispy hairlines and a few very small, mainly light scratches - nothing significant - see descriptions below.
Side One (DSR7911A): There are the usual pressing ticks and pops associated with Jamaican pressings of this vintage, with some tiny and very small pops and clicks plus an occasional more prominent one, including approximately eight caused by a tiny scratch on Track 3. Grade - EX-/EX
Side Two (DSR7912B): There are the usual pressing ticks and pops associated with Jamaican pressings of this vintage, with some tiny and very small pops and clicks plus an occasional more prominent one. In addition, there are some intermittent light licks of hiss during some of Track 1 and Track 2. Grade - VG+ improving to EX-/EX
Labels: There is a little writing in black biro and a Dub Version stamp on the Side One label (see scan), while the Side Two label is pristine.
Sleeve: There is wear and bumping to the edges, some creasing to the bottom two corners, a 12cm split to the bottom edge, and a tiny price sticker scuff to the top right of the front cover. The front cover has the all-important Dub Version LTD Edition (Limited Edition) orange sticker and a Made In Jamaica stamp.
