Description
A stunning example of Ian Carr's classic Belladonna LP on the Vertigo label - this is the first UK pressing with the spiral labels and the 1Y*1 1 1 6 / 2*Y*1 1 1 6 matrix numbers. The sleeve is in excellent condition there are no marks, writing or tears either inside or out and the corners and opening are still sharp, the corners of the gatefold show very small signs of wear and there is some wear to the spine just near the corners. The inside of the sleeve is in great shape with some minor signs of the green print on the right side transferring to the white on the left side. The vinyl is pretty much near mint, it is super glossy with absolutely no marks whatsoever, it doesn't look a day old - the labels are pristine too. Doesn't have a spiral inner but it is genuine period inner sleeve.
I will cover the cost of adequate insurance to cover the winning bid.
A minor clarification the matrix numbers are actually much earlier than the ones mentioned in the description above, they are in fact:
1Y//1 1 1 3
2Y//1 1 1 1
