Description
For sale here is my copy of Ian Gillans "comeback" LP of 1979 - "Mr Universe" - this is an original copy on the short lived Acrobat label
The LP sleeve and the disc itself are showing some signs of wear - the sleeve has edge wear and the LP has a few light scratches, but the real draw here is the full set of autographs from Ian Gillan and the band that play on the LP - Colin Towns, Bernie Torme, John McCoy & Mick Underwood
Ian Gillans autograph is accompanied by one of his short essays which reads -
" Mr Universe does not refer to oily musclemen as many would have it - but a serious question concerning our relative importance in the way of things. Lend us a quid, cheers Ian Gillan"
The autographs are all clear and easy to read, and not faded.
