This auction -
Ian Matthews - (The Imps)
2 sided 10" acetate, Sound Recording & Equipment Hire, Leeds.
This incredibly rare acetate is Iain Matthews personal copy. Recorded in 1965, pre Fairport, and after the other two Scunthorpe bands Iain featured in, The Classics, and The Rebels.
Side A - Whatcha gonna do bout it, is a slice of period Uk R&B tinged pop.
Side B - Baby Don't Cry is classic British Beat.
Condition - Both sides retain gloss, show minor marking in the track and 'deadwax' area, and play through fairly well with background surface noise.
This is an important artifact for Iain collectors, & 60's completists.
Please also see the other rarities from Iain's collection, listed now.
Postage available worldwide, via international tracked postage methods.
Serious and sensible enquiries only please.
