original issue
Cutout version (has the drill hole in the upper right corner)
cover is nice - but has a name written on it by the cutout hole.. and has a piece of tape on spine on left.. edge wear and soft corners - (but shows pretty nice even with these "flaws")
inner sleeve original but has a partial split seam (typical from record pushing on it)

Vinyl is nice..  just has a dusty look that i feed a cleaning would clean right up!
a rare original vinyl to find -  and this is a nice one
