According to the seller that sold his G+ for $350 (with pops click etc) at the end of 2013 (not light years ago, there has only been ONE recorded sale of the 45 and he says that this is one of the most sought after of all NOLA have no idea if this is correct or not BUT I have owned this one for many years having bought it when living in NOLA back in the day and in checking here and elsewhere have never seen it for sale so I do not hesitate to call it Mega Rare, To find it in Stunning MINT- condition is def icing on the cake. The previous owner was a radio station guy that wrote on everything that came in and he has 8-23-73 on the label which is helpful as the Booker discography has this as in the first 10 ever produced but no dating whatsoever. All in all it is the total package ...GREAT record in GREAT condition + with the legendary Rev Charlie Jackson on guitar putting out those tasty Blues - Gospel licks...this is a heckuva record. Play quality is superb. I fully guarantee everything that I ever sell. The aforementioned seller states that you might not ever see another...well here is one so I would never say that BUT it might be a VERY long spell to find one ...and then in THIS condition? Tall order.
