Description

This is a real treasure for jazz afficianados. Seller believes this is an early (1971) pressing of one of Miles Davis' greatest records "In a Silent Way" (CS9875). This album was a once in a lifetime collaboration from many of the best jazz musicians of the time. Lineup includes Miles Davis; Chick Corea; Wayne Shorter; and Joe Zawinul (who all signed the cover in white ink) as well as Herbie Hancock, Tony Williams, Dave Holland and John McLaughlin. There is no certificate of authenticity for this sale but the album has been in the seller's private collection for at least 20 years. Vinyl does not appear to have any noticeable scratches. Album sleeve shows wear and a split on one side but the autographs are what most collectors desire.
