In Shrink, Guns N' Roses LP Appetite For Destruction GHS 24148. 

Vinyl is NM- clearly not played more than a couple times. 

The cover is M- but could pass just as easily for just M. It's in the original factory shrink. 

The inner sleeve is included that has the image that was banned from the cover (partial nude). It does have a 3" split at the bottom, and the start of others on the side contact points.
