I grade my records very conservatively and that's why you see the grading you do.
The record plays well on both sides with no skips or jumps. Very clean sound. There are light marks on the vinyl on each side. The labels look like they have been written on in pencil but the record label printing is clean and legible. There is an inner sleeve. The top spine of the cover has an approximate five inch split. The bottom spine has a one half inch split at the opening. The back side (opposite the opening) has an inch and a half split at the bottom corner and slightly more than a two and half inch split at the top corner. The back spine opposite the opening is intact and nice. You can read the title name and record identification information. Some photos may appear a bit blurry. That's just my photography skills, not the item.
