Obtained brand new from the label upon release and I probably never played it
Clear blue flexi-disc pressing of 1000
Hand written # 664/1000 (fuck!... I was 2 numbers away from 666!)
with black printed two-sided folded green paper sleeve
Has been stored in a plastic magazine sleeve with cardboard backing
