Sleeve and disc are all in great condition. Live '89 at the Seaside. For years I thought this was live at Blackpool but I was recently informed it was recorded at  29 August 1989 - The Zap Club, Brighton. Most tracks fade in or out but sounds like a mixing desk rec.
