THE BEATLES
Introducing The Beatles
VeeJay VJLP 1062
Extremely rare original pressing LP
Includes ulta-rare VJ paper sleeve with photos of other VJ LPs
One of the most fun things about this widely copied LP is collecting all of the different variations of it. Well, here's a very rare true original VJ copy,
How do I know this is original and not a copy?
1) George's shadow clearly visible on the front cover.
2) The record has The Beatles and Introducing The Beatles above the center hole.
3) Less than 1" of deadwax after the last song on both sides.
4) colors on label circle to not abruptly stop, but rather fade into each other.
5) Original VJ inner sleeve
Vinyl boasts some of its original shine, gloss and luster. It shows a plethora of visible yet fully superficial surface marks on the faces. No marks are deep; none can be felt to the touch. LP tracks without issue on my turntable.
All in all, this is a great LP at a remarkable starting price.
