Here is a GENUINE original Mono 1964 INTRODUCING THE BEATLES Vee Jay records, VJLP 1062.  This version has the hard-to-find black label and it’s the real deal!

SIDE 1:  I Saw Her Standing There; Misery; Anna; Chains; Boys; Ask Me Why.

SIDE 2:  Please, Please Me; Baby It's You; Do You Want To Know A Secret; A Taste of Honey; There's A Place; Twist and Shout.

DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS

-       VJ Black and Silver Label (no brackets)

-       Back Cover  “Please, Please Me” (with comma) and “Ask Me Why”

-       Labels have “SIDE 1” and “SIDE 2” in upper case letters

-       On Spine: VEE JAY • INTRODUCING THE BEATLES • VEE JAY • LP1062 

-       'I Saw Her Standing There' starts with Paul's saying "Four!"

-       George’s shadow on the front cover  

-       The actual song listing is the same as on the back cover

-       Includes original sleeve with the 25 albums on each side: “OTHER FIND ALBUMS OF SIGNIFICANT INTEREST [VJ]” / “THE GREAT GOSPEL ARTISTS ARE ON [VJ]”

CONDITION

Record:  VERY GOOD+ to EXCELLENT.  This record plays extremely well with no skips or distortion. There are some superficial scratches with a little crackle in the soft parts.  Record plays cleanly with no issues. Even the spindle holes are in great shape.  Record shines and appears not to have been heavily played.

Cover/Labels:  VERY GOOD+ to EXCELLENT.  The cover is in great shape. There is some wear on the front and back.  A little wear on the corners of the spine, with the spine very much intact.  No tape, no writing, no seam splits, no price stickers. 

All Vinyl is stored in Collector Protector Archival Quality Record Sleeves with the Original Cover and inserts stored in Plastic Sleeves to preserve the integrity of the recording and album cover for years to come. Please see pictures for the visual details.

-      All LP Vinyl is packaged with the record outside the jacket/paper sleeve in a collector protector archival quality record sleeve; with the cover and record in a plastic sleeve with two rigid cardboard stiffeners to ensure no movement or rubbing during transit.
