Information on "Introducing... The Beatles" Welcome to my auction of an authentic Mono Version O N E VeeJay Introducing! One more time I can come up with one of the rare originals - not a fake of this probably most counterfeited record in the world. While an authentic "Introducing" is rare in its own right, this (so-called) Real Red Oval Logo, listing Love Me Do and P.S. I Love you instead of the common Ask Me Why / Please Please Me, was available in American stores for a very short time only: not a single week, because of legal issues against VeeJay, brought to court and won by Capitol. Moreover, the rare disc comes in an even rarer sleeve, the authentic White-Background Ad-Sleeve! Despite of its age, cover doesn't show any seam split! To get a glimpse of the value at aution here, one might check out NYC's "Fab4Collectibles" store - no chance to get this record somewhere below a grand (without the Ad-Sleeve!)
