Description
Here's a very nice copy of Ipissimus' cover of the Rupert's People/Fleur de Lys' great Hold On. It's a demo Parlophone disc originally released in 1969. An astonishingly good, poundingly heavy cover of an already amazing song- this one has wah-wah a-plenty, Gods-esque singing and one hell of a cracking solo. One of the classic UK heavy psych numbers, comped on Rubble Vol 2 and getting pretty rare these days...

The disc's a stunning NM. Peering at it for about half an hour, I can see one *tiny* surface mark, and one miniscule scuff. Plays like an absolute dream- no surface noise whatsoever, even in the lead-in and fade out.
The labels are absolutely mint. Please see scan.
Comes in a Parlophone sleeve, too.
