Condition: 

• Please read and remember this is a 27 year old vintage item ???? pics and grading are honest so please look. 
• Graded VERY CRITICALLY under VERY bright spotlight + test play. Pics show item under bright spotlights. I never grade MINT unless its a brand-new album...be wary of sellers who over-use the word 'mint'....! 
• Cleaned by hand using high grade cleaning fluid (L'arc du Son), distilled water and suitable cleaning cloths. 

Vinyl Surfaces - EX

Audio Test - with budget deck and Audio Technica Studio headphones. 

• Plays 'EX'  with only faint background noise between tracks or on very quiet parts of songs. A few 'clicks' on the 'Listen with Nicko' parts (worth having just for that!)

Visual Inspection/Bright Light: VG+

• Small number of very light hairline marks and a couple of larger marks not affecting play on each side when looking carefully under bright spotlights - the kind of marks left by cleaning with a cloth and careful handling with an album played a good few times but well cared for.  
• From its condition I'd say this has been in storage for a long long time. 

Visual Inspection - Bright Daylight: Looks EX+ 

Vinyl Labels - NM

• No marks 

• Colours and printed text all perfect 

• Tiny amount of wear on spindle holes 

Outer Sleeve - EX+

• Excellent condition. 

• No marks, creases or colour loss on front or back covers 

• Virtually no wear on corners /edges

• Spine near mint writing perfect 

• No splits

Mint (M)

The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet. booklet or poster are in perfect condiition. Records marked as Sealed or Unplayed should be Mint.

Excellent (EX)

The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.

Very Good (VG)

The record has obviously been played many times, but displayes no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any moajor defects is acceptable

Good (G)

Te record has been played so much that the sound quality has notceably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc

Fair (F)

The record is still just playable but has not been cared for properly and displays considerable surface noise; it may even jump. The cover and contents will be torn, stained and/or defaced.

Poor (P)

The record will not play properly due to scratched, bad surface noise, etc. The cover and contents will be badly damaged or partly missing

Bad (B)

The record is unplayable or might even be broken, and is only of use as a collection-filler
