Excellent - Very Good: Front: Very Good Condition. Corners slightly worn, couple of tiny marks top left of face. Centre: Excellent Condition. Back: Excellent Condition, slight wear on corners, very light indent/mark.

Insert condition:

Blank original inserts, slightly creased.

Record condition:

Excellent Condition: Very few to no scratches/scuffs. Played once or twice. Centre Labels: NB *** Both Vinyl’s have the label for disc 2 on them, however one of them is actually Disc 1...hence the misprint/curiosity notice. One of the labels is blistered mildly (Disc 1) which has happened during the manufacturing process (see photo). Other than that both labels are in very good condition with very little wear.

some records may show signs of storage, dust, and prints – suds stains from previous washes, this is not part of the grading. 99% of the time the record will improve in quality with a simple clean. This grading is on the un-removable marks & stains of the vinyl & covers album art ONLY. if you have any issue let me know & I will attempt to resolve with you.

(STILL SEALED)

Sealed at factory and never opened. Disc is assumed to be undamaged and mint, but this cannot be proven until the album is actually opened and the disc examined.

M
(MINT)

Perfection, no flaws, defects, marks or otherwise indications of being handled or played. Any scuffs, hairline scratches or other marks disqualify discs from this category. I do not use this grade, as even the act of inserting the disc or removing it from the paper sleeve may cause scuffmarks on the vinyl.

NM or M-
(NEAR MINT or MINT MINUS)

This is highest grade that I will assign to opened, handled records. The vinyl is virtually flawless, bright and shiny. A very minor, barely visible scuff or two may be permitted, but no scratches. The disc should play with no audible noise. The label is bright, clean and unmarked.

EX or NM-

(EXCELLENT)

Disc plays near perfectly, but may have minor paper scuffs. There can possibly be a hairline scratch or two with very light pop or crackle. Vinyl is bright; label is clean and may show only very light marks.

VG+ EX-
(VERY GOOD PLUS)

Some visible surface wear, very minor scratches and scuffs, but minimal impact, possible some sound quality loss. Vinyl will still have good luster; labels may have minor imperfections (small labels or initials, etc.) but otherwise reasonable & clean.

VG
(VERY GOOD)

Vinyl will have noticeable scratches or scuffs that cause minor surface noise, but do not overpower the music. There will be no skips. Vinyl may appear somewhat dull and grayish. Labels may have small tears, tape marks, larger writing, etc. but still easily legible. There may be wear or deformation of the spindle hole.

G
(GOOD)

Well-played, dull, grayish vinyl with deeper scratches and wear causing distracting surface noise (hisses, pops, cracks and other nasties). The record will still play through without any skips. Labels may be significantly defaced or damaged.

(FAIR)
P
(POOR)

Unless the record is particularly rare, I would not try to sell a record in this condition. There will be major noise, surface damage, deep scratches, and skips. Attempting to listen to these discs will be painful. These discs are basically trash unless a collector desires one to fill a space in a collection until a better one comes along.

Mint – In Perfect / As New Condition

Excellent – Used And With Minor Signs Of Wear

Very Good – Used, Sleeve Will Have Obvious Signs Of Wear/Damage. Vinyl Will Have Obvious Signs Of Wear, Will Play With No Major Faults, But May Have Some Surface Noise

Good – Sleeve Will Have Significant Wear/Damage. Vinyl Will Have A Fair Amount Of Surface Damage, Will Play With No Jumps Or Sticks, But Will Have Significant Surface Noise

Fair – Sleeve Will Be Badly Damaged, Vinyl Will Have A Lot Of Damage, Will Play With Surface Noise And May Jump/Stick Etc.
