You are purchasing a NM (seriously, the only reason it can't be rated as Mint is that it isn't sealed) incredibely rare San Francisco Sound pressing of "It's a Beautiful Day".  This is by notorious producer Matthew Katz. I searched on ebay and the only pressings I could find was Columbia/CBS.  This one has the San Francisco Bridge on the album sticker.  Thanks for looking!
