THE SEARCHERS - 'IT'S THE SEARCHERS'
This EXCELLENT copy of their strong 3rd album is a UK 1st mono pressing from 1964 and is on the pink PYE Records label: NPL.18092
The album includes their two UK number one hits from that year: 'Needles & Pins' & 'Don't Throw Your Love Away'
Matrix numbers: NN 18092 A-1M & NN 18092 B-1M
Vinyl weight: 160g
Housed in a front laminated, tri-flipback 'Garrod & Lofthouse' printed mono cover.
Complete with its pink & white PYE advertising inner-sleeve.

Both are clean & undamaged with numerous light spindle trails to each centre hole.
Visual: EXCELLENT
Superb deep-gloss, unworn playing surfaces which display no surface marks or scratches in strong daylight whatsoever. Close examination directly beneath my powerful halogen desk lamp reveals just a small number of harmless wispy paper hairlines and a sparkling rainbow shine but no other blemishes or wear.
Play: EXCELLENT
A superb sounding recording which has received a moderate amount of careful play still retains warm and powerful sound which is free from any significant deterioration to the sound quality. In fact apart from an occasional tick between a few tracks, there is very little to fault on this strong collection which showcases the group's strength and talent extremely well.
Cover:
EXCELLENT -
A clean & strong example which retains a vibrant and gloss front panel laminate where the only significant trace of wear is a small area of wear to the upper left corner. The other corners are fully intact and both opening edges are free from any feathering or tears. The rear panel is clean & unblemished and is without any writing or missing paper. All flipbacks are fully intact and both seams are smooth, unstressed and unsplit. The spine is clean, white & fully worded.
