Description
This is Atlantic Records 8008, Ivory Joe Hunter Rock & Roll, a black label, deep groove, original mono issue of this classic early r 'n b session. The record is in VG+ condition showing some marks on both sides and playing with light background noise on side 1 tracks 1 & 6 and light background crackle between tracks on side 2, but otherwise playing quietly, undistorted with no skips. The laminated cover has a small amount of foxing on the back but is otherwise excellent and intact.The labels show light spindle marks on side 2 but again are otherwise excellent. The record was cleaned on a VPI 17 and visually graded. This is part of a large Jazz record collection I will be listing over the next few months. Please check our other listings.
